Our projects and services in this sector are supported by a dedicated team, with ten years experience in field operations management, including production and logistics. End to end projects are managed by our Project Support Team(PST), who undertake liaison with our clients and their customers, including all the customer response front end activity and first line technical support as needed. The PST manages all field support and related processes; the setting up of the engineering calls/ visits, other resources and components, and call and project management and reporting. Customer care is extensively put to use in this environment.

Education – Cetec has conducted work for Becta and have supported hundreds of deployments and ad hoc in primary and secondary education, as well as higher education, involving thousands of installations for our clients’ customers in the education segment. We also support Government programmes for our clients in this segment of the market, such as BSF (Business Schools for the Future), CFP (Computers for Pupils), HAfTG (Home Access for Targeted Groups), OSPF (One School Pathfinder) a precursor to BSF, Academies programme, GfL (Grid for Learning), Legacy decant decommissioning of existing IT for BSF and Academy.

Some of the work conducted for Becta was politically sensitive at the time and highly confidential. A great deal of our work in all sectors is of a confidential nature.
